Classic comfort food from the North Fork. Handmade frozen pot pies, fresh dessert pies. For over 20 years, our classic Chicken Pot Pie has been served at the Cooperage Inn Restaurant in Baiting Hollow. We started selling the pies frozen to heat at home, and were met with an overwhelming positive response. Since the original chicken, we have added six additional varieties, as well as seasonal favorites.
